Client: Taom Billiards
Taom Billiards introduced a product authentication system for its chalks, combining a QR code and a unique numerical code to help customers verify authenticity and combat counterfeits. To support this initiative, we created a clear and engaging animation that demonstrates how to validate a product using either method, and was produced in English with a localized Chinese version to reach key markets.
Concept-driven animation: We designed and produced a visually clean animation combining 3D and 2D elements to clearly guide users through the product verification process.
User-focused storytelling: By simplifying the validation steps into easy-to-follow visuals, the video helps customers quickly confirm product authenticity, strengthening trust in Taom Billiards and reducing the impact of counterfeit products.
