The city of Helsinki launched a Physical Activity Programme, with the aim of encouraging its residents to move more and sit less. We were tasked with creating an animation, which presents the possibilities for exercise and sports in and around Helsinki as well as the positive effects it has in your health and other aspects of everyday life. We chose a bit more artistic style for this one and came up with a script that flows fluently throughout the video, not really making things easy for us.. But we cherish challenges, and with the city of Helsinki we challenge you to move more. Every step helps!
